He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Isaiah 40:29

Sometimes it seems like I just don't have enough hours in a day. And even if I did, I don't know if I would have enough strength to get everything done that needs to get done. And then there are other times I wish there were three of me, so I could get everything done. And then there are times that I am so tired, I just can't think straight, and I don't get anything done, or at lest it seems like it.

Do you ever find yourself in these conditions? It is in times like these that the only thing we can do and should do is to turn to the Lord. He is the power giver! He is the strength increaser! So many times I have just had to say a prayer and say, "Lord, I can't do this on my own; I need your strength; I need your power". And the wonderful thing about the Lord is He never fails.

The next time you are simply give out, and think you can't go on in a certain situation, just ask the Lord to empower you and strengthen you, and you will find that you can always count on his grace to get you through.
